Digital Decoding

can only convert color information between NTSC and PAL
and they do not convert field hertz
rate and scan lines between NTSC and PAL so the outputs from those analog models are only good for viewing
purpose and can not be used for recording.

Automatic Gain Control
The built-in AGC circuit performs gain adjustments incrementally at a
pre-determined rate by the input signal level to avoid
any distortion of the output
signal so to maintain the accurate output signal level as the original input.

the output video with standard broadcast level 1 Vp-p (input level ranges from
0.5 Vp-p to 2 Vp-p), which will be compatible with all video recorders and TV broadcast equipments.
Horizontal Position Adjustment
Manual adjustment for screen position is available. Users can push the
H-Position button from the back panel of this video system converter to the left
or the right of the TV screen if needed for best visual presentation.
