Product Warranty Period

  • All of our products are covered with 14-day money back guarantee and 6-month warranty unless specified otherwise.

General Return Policy

  • Return for refund ? 
    • All returns for refund request must be authorized by our staff within 14 days from the date of delivery. Users are responsible for contacting us to obtain a RMA number issued first before return. 
    • RMA number requested after 14 days from delivery date but within 30 days of purchase, there will be 10% restocking fee applied to the refund.
    • If the product is sold over 30 days from the order date, there will be no refund option. Replacements will be the only recourse for return requests made after 30 days from the delivery date have passed.
    • All returned packages for refunds must be returned as new with the original retail boxes and all accessories contained in their original packing. Items returned without the complete accessories included will be accessed for a fee and deducted from the refund.
    • Buyers shall return back units at their own expenses if refund or replacement services requested.
  • How Long An RMA Number Could Be Valid ?
    • The return package must be received by us within 2 weeks from the issue date of return number otherwise the RMA number is no longer valid and return package will not be processed.
  • Any Restocking Fee ?
    • If you follow our 14-day money back guarantee above by requesting the return number within the said time frame and returning the product within 2 weeks for the issue date of return number, there will be NO Restocking Fee at all.
    • For return requests made after 14 days of delivery, there will be a 10% restocking fee applied to the refund.
    • For return requests made after 30 days of delivery, there will be no refund. Only replacement service available.
    • Items returned without the complete accessories included will be accessed for a fee and deducted from the refund.
  • No Refund ?
    • No refund for return requests made after 30 days from the date of delivery. Only replacement service available.
    • No refund for return packages that are not received by us within 2 weeks from the issue date of RMA number. 
    • No refund for return packages with physical damages or items being defaced. Any physical damages, scratches, etc made to the products are not refundable.
    • No refund for products that have no RMA number authorized will be refused and returned back to the sender.
  • Shipping charge refundable ?
    • Shipping is not refundable.
  • Do You Offer Return Shipping Label ?
    • We do NOT offer return shipping label if item is claimed to be defective or dead on arrival. For item claimed to be defective/DOA, buyers must return item to us at their own cost first. Once we receive the item, our tech will inspect and test the item. If the item is found defective as described due to the manufacturing defects, we may reimburse the buyer's original shipping charge paid for the online purchase. 
  • Do You Cross Ship ?
    • We do not cross-ship any items. If you do have a defective item, and it is eligible for a refund, you can get an RMA for a refund on that item. Separate from that, you can re-order the item on the website. You will receive the refund for the defective item once we process the RMA.
  • How Long For Refund To Be Issued ?
    • All return packages will be inspected and tested by our tech desk first before submitting to the accounting department for process, which may take 5 to 10 business days to complete the process.
    • Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase. If the payment was made by check, a check will be issued to the customer. Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded through PayPal.
Replacement Services
  • Warranty Service Period ?
    • Return for replacement/repair service is available within 180 days of purchase.
    • Buyers shall return back units at their own expenses if repair/ replacement services are requested.
    • Buyers will be charged for return shipping and handling fee after repair/ replacement services are rendered.
  • Return Shipping ?
    Our technicians will inspect all items returned for replacement requests.
    • If returned products are found defective, we will send out the the replacement unit to customers free of charge.
    • If the retuned product is found in working order, we will return the same item received. And buyers will be charged for return shipping and handling fee after repair/ replacement services are rendered.
